This may be the video game your mother warned you about. Rather than being penalized for each innocent pedestrian you hit, you are rewarded in Grand Theft Auto 2. Like its predecessor, the game is viewed from a bird's-eye perspective, and you'll play as one of the little people in a vast futuristic city. The object is to prove your mettle to warring gangs by carjacking innocent victims, assassinating rivals, stealing drug shipments, and completing assorted other missions. But if you're not the type to take orders, you can do anything you want, thanks to the game's loose, nonlinear structure. For example, you can commandeer a bus and take it along its regular route--the passengers will pay the fare without noticing anything different. But if you decide to plow the bus through the side of a building--and you know you eventually will--they'll start jumping out of the windows. And because you're hopping from vehicle to vehicle, you get a good sampling of the city's radio formats--everything from techno to top 40, classic rock to country. Be sure to keep moving, though--the cops will always be on your tail.

Grandia II puts you in the role Ryudo, a young bounty hunter who travels the lands looking to sell his sword to the highest bidder. With your hawk friend Skye, you'll embark on a journey filled with puzzles, battles, and thousands of characters. In order to survive the battlefields of Grandia II, you'll need tactics, skills, and technique. Unleash the hero within and face your destiny as you defeat enemies across expansive 3D landscapes

Step into the giant, mechanized suit of the Gundam. There, across battlefields of a war-beaten Earth, you'll command your forces against units of the Zeon army. You'll need to master every move in your suit--and weapon in your arsenal--to outflank the Zeon and complete each mission. And although you've got armored vehicles and ant-sized infantry on your side, the battle will be lost or won by your ability to jump, hover, and fly into battle while zooming in your weapons on the enemy. A cross between first-person shooter and strategy game, Gundam Side Story 0079: Rise From the Ashes comes from a series that originated on the Sega Saturn. This title features such enhancements as detailed 3-D mobile suits, cinematic interstitial scenes, a dramatic soundtrack, and actual sound effects from the anime TV series, Gundam Wing.

Deep in the bowels of the Black Mesa Federal Research Facility, a decommissioned missile base, a top-secret experiment goes terribly wrong. Find your way through the monster-ridden areas of Black Mesa using your wits, limited security clearance, and a variety of weapons, ranging from a crowbar and pistols to a rocket launcher and grenades. With split-screen deathmatch and its exclusive "Decay" single-player and multiplayer cooperative modes, Half-Life is an action experience like no other. Cancelled.

Based on the Heavy Metal world created by Kevin Eastman and Simon Bisley, this fighting title allows you to take control of a team of three fighters, ranging from a basic all-rounder, or a lightning fast female to a huge bulky mass of power. Of course, they are all a mix of human and humanoid, and depending on their strengths, have a range of different moves and styles. The main aim of the game is to defeat each of the opposing 3-man teams ahead of you, and dominate cyberspace. The game mixes a little of Street Fighter with a dash of Virtual On, allowing you to fight in close or use long range attacks all inside a 3D landscape.

Welcome to the future. In the early 21st century, gang warfare and crime have lead to the creation of privatised law enforcement. Imagine, if you will, a berserk B-movie horror film producer with a twisted sense of humor who puts up a million bucks (fictitious, of course!) to anyone who can survive his 7 movie-themed worlds. It's a bloody mess of mutant monsters, over 1000 traps and items, and abject terror fused with B-movie humor. You must rely solely on the game's sensory feedback (eyesight, hearing, smell, sixth sense) and the hard-to-find "Horror Monitor" to survive the epic adventure! Illbleed delivers a badly needed transfusion to the "been there, done that" horror game genre.

Jet Grind Radio is a 2000 Dreamcast video game developed by Smilebit and released by Sega of America in the USA on October 31, 2000. Tokyo-to, a city not unlike Tokyo, somewhere in Asia, in the near future. This is the story about the GG's, one of three rival teenage gangs who ride motorized inline skates and are tagging the streets with graffiti. There is a turf war going on between the gangs GG's, the Poison Jam, and the high-tech freaks, the Noise Tanks. The evil Rokkaku Corporation has the corrupt police in their grasp, and, headed by Captain Onishima, the cops are hell-bent on subduing the unruly teen protagonists. But there is light in the darkness: the underground DJ, "Professor K," and his Jet Set Radio station keep tabs on what is happening on the streets of Tokyo-to, and soon our teens will have something much darker than the police to worry about.

Iron Aces is fictional World War 2 flight simulator. What that "fictional" means is that great liberties have been taken with the historical accuracy of the world and events. The most obvious point is that although most planes come from real World War 2 aircraft, the theatre of operations is a bit unique; The four major sides to the conflict (American, British, German, Japanese) are all fighting one another over a group of islands somewhere in the Pacific. Thus each of these nations is represented in close proximity and in direct conflict to one another. The gameplay takes place over a series of single-player flight missions in which your American pilot will fight against the Axis forces and ally with the British. The majority of the missions take place in the air against other aerial targets.

A kangaroo named Kao was playing with his friends in his native Australia, when suddenly evil hunters appeared, put him in a cage, and took him away. They didn't know that Kao was quite proficient in the art of boxing, so freeing himself from the trap wasn't particularly hard. However, Kao finds himself far away from home, and must fight and hop his way back. Kao the Kangaroo is a 3D platform action game. The gameplay adheres to the jump-and-run style, Kao having to rapidly traverse levels full of traps and enemies. His basic attack is a simple punch; he can also side-step and swing his tail at the enemies. Power-ups scattered through the stages include coins, a certain amount of which will increase Kao's life points; hearts to replenish his health; boxing gloves, which act as homing projectile attacks; and turbo boosts, which make Kao move faster.

Taking place 1500 years after the events of Blood Omen, Soul Reaver chronicles the journey of the vampire-turned-wraith Raziel, lieutenant to the vampire lord Kain. Raziel is killed by Kain, but is revived by The Elder God to become his "soul reaver" and to exact revenge.
